Yep Ive been twice and hope to go to Maui next year instead. Kauai is great but after a couple times then you've seen all there is to see! Its such an incredible island.

I need to check out the website, but I have had a few friends talk about it. In the past I have found it easy to follow Body for Life (diet and exercise) is it as easy to follow as that?
