How I Started:
Dad wanted me to start, and when I did I absolutely hated it. After I saw the changes it made to my body and how I didn't like being the puny kid that was picked last in gym, I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
Iron is my friend. No matter what happens to you, it'll never lie to you. I love it because no matter how hard I work, I know someone is out there working harder. It lets me know that the world isn't free, if I want something I have to get it myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying a few bodybuilding magazines, and watching it on YouTube!
BB Accomplishments:
A feeling of pride knowing that bodybuilding is something that you can never cheat at (even if you use steroids you STILL have to work and lift). Favoritism doesn't happen in the weightroom. Your daddy's friends with the baseketball coach? then you might be able to play basketball. In the weightroom it doesn't happen. You work, and you work hard, or you'll get passed up. You feel like quitting? The guy next to you is waiting for you to so that he can get ahead. You can't do another set? Good, then do another rep. Lifting is a freakin' lifestyle.

Get paid for the passion that I have for this sport. (modeling, advertising, etc.) Its what I love, so why not get paid for it?!
Also, I'll be attending medical school to become a doctor or surgeon. Bodybuilding has really put me ahead in this subject, since I am learning the science and physics of how my body works at a young age.

Mostly strength gains since im only focusing on that. Not much size gain because im staying at the same weight(PL meet)but after the meet(may) i'll primarily focus on lean size and just increasing everything proportionally. The good thing that happened is that my arms are now equal instead of being .5" off. Can't wait to eat like a maniac once i get back into bodybuilding

By the way, what do you do for triceps? Also, my arms are just under 15 inches flexed atm, you reckon I could make 15.5 cold by June/July with an amazing program and nutrition. What's a good tricep/bicep routine - bearing in mind my elbows don't like skulls or anything like skulls. Atm I am doing incline DB curls for 6 sets for biceps, and 4 sets of CGBP and 4 sets of weighted dips. An tips to gain half an inch in 5 months?
