I start off few days ago, just strictly eating clean, I cook all my food! When I'm out and about, I bring my food in containers with me. Its can be inconviently but I save money and get to continue eating clean. Grilled, and baked meats, all kinds of steam vegetables, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, brown rice, etc.
