How I Started:
I have struggled with my weight since i was in middle school and after four years of college life i found my self at 235 Lbs. and out of shape. Then i had a close friend pass away on his 21st birthday, after that i decided i need to make a change. Since, then i have lost 43 pounds by diet and life style changes. Now, with the motivation of a friend i have began wieght training and have found i'm hooked on it.
Why I Love It:
I never feel as good as during and after my work out, i have found the joy in sweating again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results!!
Not only can i feel and see the differn in my body but i can see the numbers go up.
I've went from not being able to do a push up to being able to do 14 in a set. Also i've added 35 pounds to my bench press. I also hope to lead family mamber in the righ direction by leading my example.
The number that showed up on the scale the day i finally stopped denying i was getting fat was 235. This morning on the scale it saw 186, i am only one pound away from loosing 50 pounds a large bench mark for myself. I can't tell you the thrill to know i am ready to take that number .
haha. I get the reverse discrimination. haha. Because I am not fat chef.. always have to prove myself.. especially as pastry chef and baker. haha. Keep in touch chef.. i will like it. peace.
Mr. James what's up? You'll get a break from that wedding soon enough, but till then get in your gym and use some of that frustration to your advantage! Good luck man!
