hey man -- read your comment on the air! You got a shout out on the podcast, episode TBI-007! (www.thebiginside.com, or, as always, on iTunes) Keep it coming! I love including folks I meet out here in the show!
Dude that;'s AWESOME! We air tomorrow eveing, so try to write me whatever questins you got so i can get them in tomorrow's show! Of course, if you want to call in those questions LIVE, we broadcast at 5:00pm eastern time (adjust for whatever time zone you're in) and then turn on 1510thezone.com and catch the live feed, and call in during the show itself! Either way, GLAD TO GET YOU ON BOARD!
Oh, and by the way -- don;t forget that we read listener mail on the air! So, if you got a question, a beef, or a comment, email me (or just drop me a note here) and i will squeeze it in to the next broadcast! And, as always: SICK CUTS BRO!!!
Hey man -- sorry for the delayed response. I Haven't been on here in a LONG time. And to answer your question: from a "pro" point of view' your progress is nothing short of astonishing! KEEP GOING! Hey, if you get a chance listen to my new podcast, The Big Inside. New episodes every week at www.thebiginside.com, and also in the iTunes Store for free. Let me know what you think! Thanks again, man!
you don't look that bad dude. honestly im not on roids, i'd tell you because i'm pro-steriod and i plan to do a cycle within the next few years.....but up to this point im natural
....If you live the life similar to most 17yo guys you may be out partying, hanging with friends, etc. (the good life lol) I honestly don't have that many friends and the ones I have I really don't party with or hang out with much. It may not be the ideal life for a teenager, lol, but its helped me improve.
Vince Taylor has said before that "You get out of it, what you put in." Just stay dedicated man.
lol thanks man, i think it has to do with dedication (not that im saying ur not dedicated) I honestly live the life of a pro bodybuilder. My daily life revolves around my training and nutrition. I eat every 2 1/2 hours NO MATTER WHAT. Lift as heavy as possible.
Meanwhile, you mentioned I had good development for a guy who was 35 . . . bit I'm not sure what my being "35" has to do with my development . . . ? I know that most 35 year olds have long since given up on maintaining their physique quality. But on the other hand, if you're talking about bodybuilders, then it might surprise you to learn that most (not all) of the integral (aka "natural") COMPETITORS out there who are "impressive" are often between 30-40 these days.
Of course you've got growing to do! But just like you know guys your age who are very overweight, so too you MUST know that there are VERY FEW guys your age who have accomplished your muscular development! In other words, you are ALREADY AHEAD OF THE GAME! "Catching up" might not be the right term . . . LOL!
hey -- thanks! But keep in mind I do NOT stay at 6.something percent bodyfat ALL THE TIME. I get as high as 10-11% plus at some points of the year. That's whan I do most of my mass gaining. So don;t be fooled by the pics -- these are me at my best points, not how I walk around ALL the time!
Hey thanks fo the reps in the forum (http://forum.bodybuilding.com /showthread.php?p=63881353#pos t 63881353). Much appreciated! Just trying to be a voice of reason out there.
