Hi Daryl:
Thank you so much for those fantastic and much too complimentary words. I am honored as well as humbled by them. I feel incredibly blessed and it is my hope that I can give something back by offering to assist the folks here on Bodybuilding.com. I am astounded by your success at your young age and hope that you continue to enjoy and benefit from fitness. Keep up the great work and may God bless you.
Daryl... Age is just a number! I keep motivated now simply by knowing that my lifestyle is fitness. It's just a part of who I am, period. As far as starting out at 40. Just take is slowly and don't over do it. Alot of people get the "lifting bug" then they go to heavy or to fast, then they get overly sore or worse, injured. It's a one day at time sport. NO worries no hurries! Have fun with it, THANKS AGAIN!
Hey Daryl, check out my new website bodybuildingdaily.com it is updated everyday with news and information. Let me know what you think. Thanks and good luck with your training!
