Goal (Long):
I would like to add about 1/2 to 1 in to my
Arms, chest, shoulders and increase my lat spread!
I feel like I have made a good bit of progress and need some new goals....
Building muscle and cycling are difficult to do at the same time.
Hey guy--it's a real challenge cycling hard and building size. Awesome goal and it looks like you are achieving it. I was an avid cyclist--turned indoor cycling at this stage--keep up the hard work--looks like it's paying off for you.
