How I Started:
Well I used to work out a lot in high school wrestling and my body was in really great shape after i finished school that became a thing of the past i left my home town for a few yrs for school/work. I have recently moved back and well everyone thinks i have put on quite a bit of weight so with the free time i now have with my new job i have descided to spend that at the gym trying to get my body into great shape again
Why I Love It:
I love the stress relife u get from it as well as watching ur body transform into to a rock hard body and they why people look at when ur out around town,lake,gym, locker room
How I Stay Motivated:
just seeing the improvement in my body motives me as well as the complements i get from friends and family. All the complements and looks i get just make me push myself harder cause i know i am no were close to what i want to look like

everything takes time. It took time to get to the point ur at now its going to take even longer to get to the point u want to be but stick with it and u will get their.
