Fit Status:
it finally hit me. the feeling of wanting to go back to the gym for a second workout. my dedications back and i have a few things to work on
i joined the air force and decided to get in better shape.
Why I Love It:
it makes me faster, stronger, bigger, all around more athletic and most of all it makes me look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
its been fairly hard to stay motivated lately without a gym partner that works out the same way that i do. another reason its hard is because of 12 hr shifts and other random ass BS that comes along with this job choice.
BB Accomplishments:
having people ask me to help them with their workout routine/ diet/ supplements.

Yeah I'm definitely seeing some progress now since I switched to weights, but calisthenics have their own purposes too. For instance, I'm thinking of switching my decline dumbbell press for weighted dips because the decline bench at the gym is a piece of crap lol. Anyways how's everything going?
LOL, they hang straight down bro!!! Lot's of people ask why, I don't know. Genetics I guess, but I do have them. Maybe I need to work on lower chest to bring them some.
Nice profile and progress pics. You're getting better. Your back is definitely muscular, so great job there. And, you're in the Air Force, which automatically gives you something to brag about!
Keep up the good work you are on the right track. I can see from your photos that your body changes quickly - good for you! Take advantage of that. Eat well to feed the growth. good luck

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
