I reached a point in my life where I couldn't cover-up all my problems anymore with food. I was feeling really low and had nothing to look forward to. Then one day I met this girl who liked me for who I was and not what I looked like. That gave me the motivation to change myself to become better for her and for myself. After a year of losing weight I enjoyed coming to the gym and now it's part of my life and I never look back to what I was but who I become.
Why I Love It:
It's the challenge I get when I come to the gym. The fact that it's enjoyable but challenging helps me push myself to see how far I can go. The way I feel afterwords and how I look is very rewarding experience to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at all my old pictures, looking how far I made it and realizing that there is more in life to achieve with hard work and success. I organize and set times and make bodybuilding my priority.
BB Accomplishments:
My major bodybuilding accomplishment was when I lost over 120lbs of weight. The day I looked in the mirror and saw who I was for the very first time was such a life changing experience that I can never compare to anything else.

Looking at your before and after pics, not only do I see your body transformation but also your confidence. The before pic, you look so forlorn and dejected but your after pics in your suit, head cocked, shirt opened, you exude confidence!
If I had to pick an inspiring photo of the day, I'd say YOURS IS IT!! CONGRATULATIONS!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Nope :p Bulking all the way through - hoping not to lose them totally and so not go above 15%. When I started lifting I was overweight and wanted the legendary 6-pack now that I got that at the start of march my goal has been to pack on size. I have lots of exams in these 2 months so I will have to clean bulk throughout. Once 13th of June comes along I will be able to bulk hard and lift hard :) Good luck with your progress.
I can't believe what a transformation you have made! Completely incredible; 2 different people in those transformation pics. What are you goals now? Have you accomplised the PITTB?
