Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have an excelle spread sheet that i use that has my reps and weight I used, a place for notes like to easy or to hard so I can make adjustments each workout.

Don't focus on the negative parts of your body in a bad way. It is opportunity to improve yourself and just keep at it, keep at it, keep at it, you will get there!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity, cut up and with good size. I would like to be a little bigger but only about 5 to 10 lbs more lean muscle mass.

gotta give you props for stellar progress man. similar journey, but you leapfrogged in terms of shredded definition. i think it's tougher to lose weight and gain the def. your work is impressive man. any cardio for you?
