I got tired of being skinny and out of shape. I couldn't even do some simple things like walk up the stairs 5 steps without getting tired. That's why I decided to start doing some weightlifting and cardio stuff.
Why I Love It:
Because working out helps me prepare for activities like playing sports and hobbies like horse back riding, archery, rock climbing and medieval sword fighting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just see fat people out on the street and remind myself that I don't want to look like that *L*. Fat maybe beautiful to some, but it's not beautiful for me.
BB Accomplishments:
As I stated above. I'm just trying to stay lean and toned. I do western martial arts and medieval swordplay (using a sword in combat the way that warriors in ancient greece and knights in medieval times in Europe use them) as a sport now so I like to stay in top physical shape as much as possible. I don't plan on getting too big and competing in bodybuilding contest, but I do have respect for those that do.

Here I was trying to do a most muscular pose. Sorry that I wasn't doing it right.
This is a recent pic of me as of March 2008. I have been doing a small clean bulk for the entire month.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My joint from my right knee gotten kind of weak from overtraining of the leg muscles at while back. It was nothing serious that I needed to go to a doctor. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Either by overtraining or not doing the exercise correctly.

Thanks for the kind words. Comments like that help motivate me and I need all the motivation i can get. It's a challenge bodybuilding while being a doctor but i get by. You have a good base for packing on tons of muscle even though those aren't your goals. Keep it up.
hey man, thnks for the advice. I hit my triceps yesterday i did 2 sets of light weight n as many reps as i could do, and then went straight onto real heavy weight. and it seemd to work great, my triceps have responded. owenH
Great definition and cut in your upper body. Thanks, I have an athletic build and I would not want anything else. I plan on adding alot of muscle and defintion and staying very mobile so I can do sports/flips.
