Eating 40g of protein every meal for 6 meals a day - That's a lot of food!!!

Lifting heavy weights again - Feels real good after two months of intense plyometrics and cardio!!!!

Switching to intense cardio this week and for weeks to come. Will still be weight training though, but less!

Legs are coming along great. Upper body also. I still have to lose around 20 lbs.
