In my parent's basement when I was young. It got me thinking about personnal accomplishment and motivation. Today, I live a healthier life because of it.
Why I Love It:
The life style, the health. Being able to surpass myself day after day after day. Bodybuilding is the basis of my overall success in life. That's why I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I chose to focus on bodybuilding, I knew I had to keep going at it no matter what. I stay motivated by just doing it. In life, like in sports, you have to do what you have to do to get things done, even if you don't want to. Act now, do it now, because the chance may never come back!

Low reps high weights. I don't know why but every other muscle I train response bether with high rep low weights except shoulders.

Unstable push-ups. This exercise consist on doing regular push-ups with a barbell on top of a dumbbell for balance.
