So I am floating around 190 currently , but I dont really have an abs. I thought this is because of fat I gained but now I think while I probably did get some fat, but I think most of it is actually water. Wondering if I drop creatine and do some cardio what would I actually weight. Guessing...
I searched for Dragon flags and your profile came up. I just started trying to do these, and its real ugly right now. I don't have a clue how to build up to these. I can't seem to keep straight, any advice? How long did it take you to get these right?
i'm not sure that was just my goal when i was all fat and didn't even know about lifting weights cuz before i got fat i was 175ish...i'm guessing with muscle my goal should be around 190 right?
i was thinking about taking some creatine..is that stuff you're using any good?

Haha yeah I used to put my real stats there but people always called me out for e stats. You would be surprised how people PM saying stuff like, "dude your arms are only 8 inches tehehe". Internetz are no joke Bra:D
yo wha's up? you left a comment in my Body Blog about getting off Starting Strength. it's funny you said that because not too long after i made that blog, i made some changes to my program. it's pretty much the same as SS except i work with different rep ranges. right now i'm on 3 sets of 8, and the change definitely had an impact. thanks a lot for the comment.
