Reason: This brother is very driven, focused and determined to be the best. I am truly inspired by brothers like this. What truly amazes me about this brother is his strength and get this...it's all natural. A true power lifter...hoping that he considers body building, because he would dominate the competition. Reason: I've know this brother for several years. What I see of him today is totally diffferent of the person that I originally met. He set out on his quest to diet down to compete and look at him now. He and I communicate on a regular basis...one of the closest friends right now. One thing is for sure, I'll stay motivated by having him as a friend. It would be too damn embarrassing to see him continute to get better and I go in the other direction.

Reason: This is my workout partner. He continutes to get better. I'm confident that by the end of the year he will not only meet his goal to be in great conditioning, he will exceed his expectations. He pushes me in the gym to keep going...when i'm not feeling it. What amazes me, he's able to keep up with the works out...and knowing others would have not been able to hang. Keep watching this dude...if he stays focused, you'll will be amazed at his progress in the near future.

Reason: From day one of adding him as a friend on this site, he has truly been one of my top motivators. My boy Kaleb is solid at 6'4 and 240 lbs....and will continue to get bigger stronger and better. He's definitely one of the coolest brothers on this site and always willing to help another. Keep your eye on this brother...you will definitely see his name and picture again in the near future. Congrats Kaleb on your accomplishments thus far....keep it going bro.

Reason: This brother works out in my gym. Truly a beast! He's no amature to body building. Comes in everyday and get the job done. One of the few brothers in my gym that I can honestly say keeps me motivated. I'm looking forward to him competed again in 2010...from the looks of the muscle that he's carring right now, it would hard for anyone to even come close to beating him.

Reason: Another friend that has found the fountain of youth. I've know him for many years and this brother only gets better with time. Mike is truly a motivating source for me and always there for support. Truly one brother that I can always count on when I'm lost.
