Reason: I've known this brother for years and it was great to see him achieve his success at his show. So much so that it lit a fire in me to finally stop talking game and be in the game! We got a similar drive and both hungry! To me, success is measured by how high we raise the bar. Looking at from where we came from, no doubt in my mind there ain't no limits! Show em wassup big brother!
Reason: U brought me a long way, eventhough I never thought I could get this far. I still have a ways to go but I have to say U motivate me more than anyone ever will. Just wanted to say THANKS my dude!!!
Reason: This cat is very down to earth and just a cool dude ...on swoll! Most guys with trophies have let it gone to their heads. The fact that he's only 1 inch taller than me give me some kind of gauge for what I need to be trying to do...if it doesn't work, I should still benefit from it!
Reason: This guy is one of my top motivations. He has a winning physique and knowlege without limits. Huge dedication! Gives me the motivation I need to belive I can do well in bodybuilding. Always willing to help a fellow bodybuilder.
Reason: only chatted with him a few times.....but he really gives you the drive you need via comments......and look at him he is a beast.........! i am pushing and pushing to get there!!! he is gonna see to it!
Reason: i would like to knwo how skinny he ws but im tired of being the skinny guy too, I hope to reach his level of ab definiton because his abs are incrdible
Reason: Well, Look at him!!! And he is in the ATL. These reasons alone are enough!
But, I know he is a Tiger, no a Lion, no a BEAST in the gym and very, very methodical with training, cardio, diet, etc. and ALWAYS seems to have time to smile, and talk and answer your questions and say hello... EVEN on a serious precontest diet!

Reason: This brother is a hardcore Bodybuilder, yet reached out to me who trains mostly with dumbells and bodyweight exercises. He has been very encouraging and uplifting in terms encouraging me to continue with my program and reaching my goals. Additionally, I have watched his amazing transformation since his last contest. DarkMuscle is looking awesome!
Reason: My Dad had passed in Oct '08 and I was ready to quit all of this. Til this date (8/17/09) he had no idea what he was saying when his exact words were "Don't fall off too much man...you come too far to let it go. Find that fire again and get back to your routine man." With all he's accomplished he's proven not to be arrogant and always offering an encouraging and motivating word.
