How I Started:
I just got tired of being skinny. After working out for a few months and seeing some progress, I was hooked on body building.
Why I Love It:
Body Building has been a confidence builder for me. I also like being different from the average person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm usually motivated by people who share the same passion for body building. When I see others with great bodies...it motivates me to step up my goals and aspiration. My motto "If he can do it, so can I".
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 1st place masters, 1st place novice and overall novice. I had a blast. That was fun. Who would have thought I would win it all.

Put more mass on my shoulders, legs and back for next year's competitions.
Goal (Long):
Put together winning package that can take the overall in my next contest. It's going down the next time. I've been approached by a professional body builder and coach to help with the routine and contest prep....**** ain't free though...lol
Another friend that has found the fountain of youth. I've know him for many years and this brother only gets better with time. Mike is truly a motivating source for me and always there for support. Truly one brother that I can always count on when I'm lost. I want to be like this brother when I grow up...grown but still young at heart. Thanks for being a truly good friend Mike. Keep hitting that iron...and stay motivated.
This is my workout partner. He continutes to get better. I'm confident that by the end of the year he will not only meet his goal to be in great conditioning, he will exceed his expectations. He pushes me in the gym to keep going...when i'm not feeling it. What amazes me, he's able to keep up with the works out...and knowing others would have not been able to hang. Keep watching this dude...if he stays focused, you'll will be amazed at his progress in the near future.
Description: My 60 second posing routine....the lighting was horrible....next time I hope it's better.
This was during the pre-juding. Down here in GA, they make you do a posing routine after the pre-judging...and you have to also do it at the night show. Thanks Mike for your support.
