How I Started:
I just got tired of being skinny. After working out for a few months and seeing some progress, I was hooked on body building.
Why I Love It:
Body Building has been a confidence builder for me. I also like being different from the average person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm usually motivated by people who share the same passion for body building. When I see others with great bodies...it motivates me to step up my goals and aspiration. My motto "If he can do it, so can I".
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 1st place masters, 1st place novice and overall novice. I had a blast. That was fun. Who would have thought I would win it all.

Goal (Long):
Put together winning package that can take the overall in my next contest. It's going down the next time. I've been approached by a professional body builder and coach to help with the routine and contest prep....**** ain't free though...lol
From day one of adding him as a friend on this site, he has truly been one of my top motivators. My boy Kaleb is solid at 6'4 and 240 lbs....and will continue to get bigger stronger and better. He's definitely one of the coolest brothers on this site and always willing to help another. Keep your eye on this brother...you will definitely see his name and picture again in the near future.

This was during the pre-juding. Down here in GA, they make you do a posing routine after the pre-judging...and you have to also do it at the night show. Thanks Mike for your support.
How are you sir? I did very well on my midterms and just studying hard to maintain good grades. I have to put extra hours in math since that is not a strong point yet. It will be soon though. I am eating clean and will be training with lilswole starting in 2 weeks.

I'm about ten pounds from my competition wait. I'm still doing cardio about 3-4 times a week though. I cant stop. its hard to get off a routine you know. But yea man I want to put on more mass. I would love to be a super heavyweight next year. But we'll see whats up. Hows the training routine going?
Just laying low right now...but yeah I checked out the SNBF yesterday,was @ the prejudging...man some of those competitors where on point, progress is dunno really....need to take some pics. Looking forward to 2010 aiming for 3 shows....early-mid fall....how about u?
I officially gave up on the whey. Was only having one shake post workout. Also tried half serving in yogurt on off days. Nope, kills me.

that's what's up. I've had a lower bad back for as long as i can remember. I can't sit in a complete L position, so I feel you bro. check the workout tracker i set up the chest routine.
Thanks brotha, how is the back? I know it wont keep you down for long but recover fully. I need you to get back on track! Im training shoulders and biceps twice a week to get that thickness. Trying to get 21's at 19 1/2. Get well my brotha!
sorry to here that! that low back aint no joke. just took a 3 month break from deployment and family problems, but I will be back in effect 9 Nov....I will be featued in Muscle and Fitness on the 9th also...check it out..... be careful and take care...TF

Whew, glad to hear that your back injury is healing really fast. All's good with me, still trying to get a handle on all this protein. Whey especially is tough; kills my appetite for the rest of the day sometimes.
yea that goes for the back period. i had that same problem a couple of months back. for me it was more the lat area. but i had to take it easy for like 3 or 4 weeks. humbled me big time.
