How I Started:
I just got tired of being skinny. After working out for a few months and seeing some progress, I was hooked on body building.
Why I Love It:
Body Building has been a confidence builder for me. I also like being different from the average person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm usually motivated by people who share the same passion for body building. When I see others with great bodies...it motivates me to step up my goals and aspiration. My motto "If he can do it, so can I".
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 1st place masters, 1st place novice and overall novice. I had a blast. That was fun. Who would have thought I would win it all.

This brother works out in my gym. Truly a beast! He's no amature to body building. Comes in everyday and get the job done. One of the few brothers in my gym that I can honestly say keeps me motivated. I'm looking forward to him competed again in 2010...from the looks of the muscle that he's carring right now, it would hard for anyone to even come close to beating him.

Description: My 60 second posing routine....the lighting was horrible....next time I hope it's better. This was during the pre-juding. Down here in GA, they make you do a posing routine after the pre-judging...and you have to also do it at the night show. Thanks Mike for your support.

whts gud brah. i came in second. crazy. i came in tight guess i wont tight enough. 2 judges gave me first place votes but the others didnt. imma have pics up later this week. things r about to get real gangsta. i plan on making a lot of noise next year.

LOL, whats up man... yea man, I"m gaining weight pretty good, majority of it is quality, still can see lines as you can see in my back pick.. Incorporating alot of ground beef in my offseason diet, which is something I never really did. It's really helping me add on size and strength.. Hows things your way

I'm at 210 right now and I was thinking about cutting down to 200 so that I can get ripped in the next four weeks. Do you have any routines that I can use in order to cut? I'm experimenting with this so that I can get this stuff down to a science. If I cut do I have to change my diet a lot?

How are you sir? I did very well on my midterms and just studying hard to maintain good grades. I have to put extra hours in math since that is not a strong point yet. It will be soon though. I am eating clean and will be training with lilswole starting in 2 weeks.

hey whats up man! Sorry i aint got back at you. How are you doing? Back doing better. Hows is your car is it totaled? Yea i'm still trying to put on some mass it aint working that well though. I'm about ten pounds from my competition wait. I'm still doing cardio about 3-4 times a week though. I cant stop. its hard to get off a routine you know. But yea man I want to put on more mass. I would love to be a super heavyweight next year. But we'll see whats up. Hows the training routine going?
