I have always been interested in fitness as a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I like taking care of my body. The benefits of weight training combined with proper diet and an active lifestyle are great. I love the feeling of euphoria after a good workout. It's like how Arnold described the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the health and habits of society in general degrade rapidly is enough motivation in itself. However the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle are incredibly motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. I have a naturally low percentage of body fat. Now I just want to gain some lean muscle.

Right now doing Rippetoe's program it is set at 5 reps per set.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
As long as I need to in order to complete the next set. Usually 2-3 minutes. If I am trying to set a personal record with squats or deadlifts, then I may wait up to 5 minutes between sets.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I took a week off, but I started back up again today. I'm going to be doing a 5x5 routine and I'll post the details soon.
The gym was closing soon so I only had time for this:
Yeah gotta love them lunges...I'm taking 3-4g fish oil atm but I plan on getting some extra virgin olive oil to mix in w/ my tuna next week. lol at the fitcast but I can't figure out how it works...

Sounds like a good workout. If you plateau in a few weeks and have to change things around, check out my workout description. You might want to try something similar. You're off to a great start and have good genes.
