Looked in the mirror and realized I needed to make some changes to be healthy in old age and do some of my larger life goals.
Why I Love It:
seeing the changes...feeling the burn...reaching the goal
How I Stay Motivated:
fitness magazines...setting small goals...visual aids...seeing changes no matter how small...great friends
BB Accomplishments:
Finding several people who on bb.com actually take the time to read my blog and offer suggestions, encouragement, and motivation. Oh' and posting my before pictures. Benching 200lbs is another highlight. An increase in body self esteem needs to be recognized as well.

this is my before pic. It was taken sometime in 2001 or 2002. I have very few pictures of myself before I started this bodyspace. I didnt like them taken because I was ashamed of myself. It was still a few years later before I really started makeing changes.
My long term goal is to develop and maintain a healthy body that will allow me to live a fulfilling life. I have lots of things that I want to do such as skydiving, white water rafting, complete an obsticle course, and climb a rope using just my arms. All of these things are going to require that I am fit and strong. Being sexy and turning a few heads now and then will just be icing on the cake to let me know I have done it. All of this will happen with in the year.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 67 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

I'll hunt you down on facebook later
I thought I would drop by and see how you're doing. I know I need a lift every day so I thought I would give you one!
Hope all is well and that you're still trying to reach goals in spite of obstacles. Wishing you good luck!

Well it is good to see you are happy with accomplishment. I hope to see more of you later on with a bigger smile on your face from all the goals you reach. Stay motivated!
Hey Stephanie! I was really glad to hear from you. Fantastc work losing 12 pounds in 2 weeks! You are another excellent example that IT CAN BE DONE!
Stay strong and focused and keep up the great work!
Congrats on your recent success. Don't think too much about the past weekend -- Memorial Day weekend is a tough time to make dieting progress -- I certainly didn't do it, so it's nose to the grindstone time. Good luck with your fitness plans for the summer.
Nice progress. Your legs are ataring to take shape. You look vry nice in the blue and black dress. They relly compliment your but and your legs. Keep up the good work.
