How I Started:
I started when I was told that my body looked nice, while in the Marine Corps. I've just never been able to keep it going. I've been going since May 2008, and plan to never stop. Sorry to my first love!! Basketball.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great. I see older men who still look great and want to be able to say the same about myself later on in life. It's also an eye catcher.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self motivation for the most part. It makes me want to know how would it be if I worked just as hard.

I guess I feel like writing about this topic because it's something that you really don't say to the members of the gym or club.  But I'm so sick of these guys dropping the weights all over the weight room.  Sometimes you even see cats dropping 35 and 40 lbs on the floor.  I don't know...
