hate the shape I have. I have tried to do something about it several times, now I am comitted to change it.

Why I Love It:
the feeling of accomplishment after every work out.
I love the burn, tells me its working
the look I see and the looks I get from my family
How I Stay Motivated:
There in lies the problem. STAYING MOTIVATED!
I have some great guys in here woh are keepin me on track. Joe F for one Dave, Carter, 16rocks, mgk, pecto just to name a few.
these guys are my inspiration. I realize if they can do it, transform, so can I.

Just finished my B'day Goal
Goal (Long):
I am tired of looking like a tired old man. I need to get back the vigor I use to have.
Time, age and stress have done a number on me and I need to re-evaluate my health, and other priorities.
Not only do I want to transform my body, I want to add muscle, lose that dreaded fat in the middle and tone up.
I want to give the young guys in here a run for their money. We over 50+ set are not out of it yet. We'll compete with you guys anytime.
Ok his picture is my goal . That is the physique I am definitely gunnen to have. Watch out room I am going to achieve that look.
He has come so far and looks great. and that is puish enuf for me to be successful.
Ok, I just finished my Lenten duty, fasted, lost 10 pounds, did not slim down as much as I wanted, but there was some noticable change.
Now lets move on to Phase !!. I am stealing this title from one of my sons. It is going to be a phase of change. I am going to put into use all of the help...
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. I believe that with your determination and desire you will be amazed with what can and will happen. I look forward to watching your progress. Stay strong, focused and dedicated.
I am doing ok. It is harder to maintain my weight loss doing my work outs in my basement. Since winter is approaching it is hard to do anything outside. I am still loosing but starting to plateau I fear.
Thanks so much for you inspirational words buddy its a tuff battle but i am not giving up on it or on me hope to stay in touch and get to know you better.

Staying strong and focused - keeping the faith. New goal is to perform a iron cross on the rings. Need to probably lose another 10-15 lbs to even think about it. Delts and Traps tonight. How are you doing? Keep moving the steel - Cheers
