Overall Goal: To regain the shape I had a few years ago.
To lose the fat and regain the muscle.
Transform my physique into one that my family and I will be proud to see.
Fit Status:
Ok Lent is finished, and I have successfully completed my Christian duty. Now it is on to Phase II. So watch out. "Work in Progress" here.
hate the shape I have. I have tried to do something about it several times, now I am comitted to change it.
I want to like what I see in the mirror
Why I Love It:
the feeling of accomplishment after every work out.
I love the burn, tells me its working
the look I see and the looks I get from my family
How I Stay Motivated:
there a few guys from this site keeping me motivated.
one is Joe, he has lost a tremendous anount of wieght and has helped a lot.
But lately I have met up with Alex S. from step beyond. He is awesome. he has helped me in so many ways I cannot mention all of them. he is one, no the main reason I am focused on transforming myself to a better built guy. Check out his profile, and his upcoming new web site.

To regain the shape I had a few years ago.
To lose the fat and regain the muscle.

Goal (Long):
I am tired of looking like a tired old man. I need to get back the vigor I use to have.
Time, age and stress have done a number on me and I need to re-evaluate my health, and other priorities.
Not only do I want to transform my body, I want to add muscle, lose that dreaded fat in the middle and tone up.
I want to give the young guys in here a run for their money. We over 50+ set are not out of it yet. We'll compete with you guys anytime.
Ok, I just finished my Lenten duty, fasted, lost 10 pounds, did not slim down as much as I wanted, but there was some noticable change.
Now lets move on to Phase !!. I am stealing this title from one of my sons. It is going to be a phase of change. I am going to put into use all of the help...

Pick my brain not much in there. But my reasoning is less is more and slow = smooth and smooth = fast go slow and smooth with no injuries and you make fast consistant gains. Best of luck what workout and diet are you doing now?
