I have a very pretty girlfriend. Gotta stay in shape so she'll stick around.

I've tried many work outs over the years with not much for results. So I'm trying one more time as much dedication as possible to finally get it right. Looking to get down to 8% body fat. And pack on a few pounds of muscle.

This was taken around 2004 after I had a rough patch in my life where I lost a lot of weight from stress and not eating. I was about 170lbs....maybe less....
This was after I had been working out for a while, but not really eating right. Wasn't sure what I was doing wrong and why I wasn't getting the results I was after.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Try to keep it heavy and go for at least 6-8, if I hit 12 then it's time for a heavier weight.
