Why I Love It: It makes me feel good knowing that I'm doing something good for my body, & health.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at some of the Guard that's overweight, or look at higher ups that have a big belly. And say I don't want that to be me.

Goal (Long): I want to get shreded of course, but I also want to pick up while I get shreded. So right now I'm losing the bad weight & I want to keep the good weight I'm going to put on in the future.
