How I Started:
lifting dumbells early on as a kid, then got a membership to a couple gyms before finally finding lifestyles. Havent been anywhere since.
Why I Love It:
Its a lifestyle, keeps me in shape, makes me feel good, can have a good time with friends.
How I Stay Motivated:
what motivates me everyday is thinking about how i was always the small kid (still kind of am but not as bad) and always the kid who wouldnt be looked at as tough. I want a sense of respect i guess, and admiration. To be looked at like I used to look at people who were bigger then me at the gym. And for that short time your at the gym, when your pushing your body to its extremes, to feel like you are a god.
BB Accomplishments:
nothing major as of yet, finally was able to add more weight to my bench for regular reps up to 155 now. Dont even know my max anymore.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

do you use any supplements yet? I am connected with a company that does the best supplement products in the field for low low prices .... there are three components to successful bodybuilding diet , weights/cardio and supplementation.
