Hey what's up? It sounds like you are pretty determined to get your body conditioned. Good luck, but it shouldn't be to hard for you because you are already in decent shape.
Hey Girl, that's ok that your b.f. is "winning" the challenge thusfar. But, I am still pulling for YOU to win the whole thing and make HIM pay for that expensive a$$ dinner! *smile*
well, my best advice is...GO FOR IT!! figure and fitness often have height clases...you will be competing againsr girls around your height..I am 5'0 as well, and looking forwrd to making the bigger girls look weak :) Good luck..Pm me if you need too :)
Girl, you are too funny. If it makes you feel better, that was 4 months after that knee surgery...an 4 months NO real gym sessions. (see my 2.17 progress pic...from same shoot) [lol] ~Dawn Melanie
My wife did the same thing, that is got me into working out, now I'm competing in the Battle at the River in Tennessee 2007, You will compete also, stay with it and good luck.
Hahahaahaa! Yep...pg.143...I may use those numbers in the "pick 3" (lol). Btw - I told ur b.f. "Best Wishes to him" BUT... that I am rooting for YOU to win y'all's challenge! --Dawn Melanie
Hey Girl, Thanks for the Add. Those goals sound so familiar ... just like mine 5 years ago. Best Wishes on your upcoming competition success!!! --Dawn Melanie
