How I Started:
My inspiration came from just generally being one of the smallest lads in the year group. Hitting the age of 16 is were it all began, old enough to join the local gym, where i pumped iron non-stop!
And I've never looked back, my physique is in the best shape of my life, and i owe it down to my own stubborn motivation to prove myself, as not just another little lad!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the blood rushing through my muscles as I'm working out, the 'pump' as Arnie would call it! it makes me feel so confident when i walk away from a hard sesh in the gym!
It's my life basically, and i wouldn't change it for the world.
Another reason why i love it so much is the sense of accomplishment you get from looking in the mirror, saying to yourself "I did that".
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking at the monsters of the pro bodybuilding world, can't beat it for motivation, or my own personal favorite technique, watching 300 before hitting the gym.

haha, sure I'm still hitting the weights, man. I'm doing a new routine that I've been thinking over for so much time. It's difficult for me to do a body part once a week but I'm trying hard. Hope you're fine too!
I'm doing ok. Not the way I wanted, but ok. I'm sick of weider. I'm about to try defrancos training. I've seen a lot of guys doing that thing and they're big and ripped. My legs are ok -- they're not at plateur like the rest of my body, so i'm really happy with them. I'm about to tak pictures of my bulking. I hope I don't scare people out lol. What about you? Excellent supplements. I will try to gain 66 pounds of muscle by January 2010. But how I have noticed already on bodybuilding.com when muscles are not present they grow slowly and when muscles are, the result does not keep itself waiting (1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144, 233,377 sequence) how you consider?
Thanks Dan, our programs of trainings very similar on distribution of loadings, now I accept, that I have added in Current Supplements on page, I mix after training ON SERIOUS MASS (15g protein) + ON 100 % GOLD WHEY (15g) = 30 g protein, from ON SERIOUS MASS I take vitamins and carbohydrates, and 100 % GOLD WHEY are given by the best protein.
NITRO CORE 24 for the night though more cheaply to buy CASEIN. You use any supplements?
I train 3 days in a week, approximately under this scheme: DAY.1: CHEST, SHOULDERS; DAY.2: LEGS, ABDOMINALS; DAY.3: TRAPS. BACK, ARMS, what at you the schedule of trainings?
