Same day, showing my back.
still keeping size, trainning down to 3-4 times a week, no supplements just good eating, put on a lil weight, i can see in my abdominal area. Back on the supps after Xmas

after not being able to do an upper body workout in nearly 2 months i think i have maintain the size, not long before i get back into my routine.

Im happy with maintaining my tricep size, i can see good definition because of the loss in BF.

First full shot, never had the courage lol. The light makes t hard to see definition, but you can see the mass/size.
