How I Started:
From a young age i was always active, i was a cross country runner, as well as athletics and swimming. But as i got older i became interested in muscle size and gaining muscle etc, so at about 15-16 i got my first set of dumbells, at first i used them to tone my arms and upper body, but these were small workouts, then at about 18 i became interested in BB and wanted to gain more muscle. Unfortunately education took over and it had to be put on hold, then when i turned 19 i started up again but in small workouts, but over the summer of 2007 decided to become a BB so i got more weights and equipment, and began to work my strength in a few workouts but in august-september of 2007 went a lil more extreme and worked out three days then a rest day then 3 days and so on. i got inspired by my dad(used to BB) and professional BB's so i began in september for real and well there my journey begins.....
Why I Love It:
Love the feel of a pump, and improving my body as much as possible. Improving my strength and stamina. A good session makes you feel happy with youself, best way to be in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by encouraging myself an noticing improvements an also work on my weaknesses to help me improve in more ways than one. And pushing myself both physically and mentally.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlifting 120kg
Chest pressing 90+
Bent over row 81kg
Ez bar curl 40kg
i would say im pretty pleased with these accomplishments, even tho its not all about how much weight you can lift.
still keeping size, trainning down to 3-4 times a week, no supplements just good eating, put on a lil weight, i can see in my abdominal area. Back on the supps after Xmas

Goal (Long):
I want to live a nice healthy lifestyle in the long run, but right now im going for a big change, changing the overall appearence of my body, watching my muscles develop, an watching new muscles pop is rewarding to me. I do this for me, there is only one me. Girls come and go, im focussed on my future and my training.

pretty good. Im changing up routine a little. I need to up cardio but its becomming a pest because of the busy days. I had a chance to break free and go on a ride and well we hit a deer on a motorcycle so lol I dont know was a little sore after that. How r u doing?
