Breakfast: 200g Oats
Lunch (varies depending on the day) 150-300g brown pasta, 4 eggs (with yolks intact) scrambled.
Dinner (varies depending on the day) 100-150g brown pasta, 2 chicken breasts.
Snacks: Fried egg sandwhiches, fruit, small bag of peanuts/peanut butter sandwhich.
Supper: 200g Oats

My biggest source of motivation comes from a guy named Felix Baumgartner. He was the guy that jumped from space. I know, right?! Wow! If he can jump from space and break loads of records, then why can't I reach my goals?
