well for your biceps you dont want to do a lot of weight i only do about 20 pounds 10 reps 3 sets. then for chest regular, incline, and decline bench press. dumbell flys also work your chest really good too. just dont try to do gigantic amounts of weight. go slow and really feel the burn in the muscle you want to work
yeah dieting is usually difficult, you just need to take things slow and get your body more accustomed to not eating as many sweets and drinking water instead of pop. just little changes here and there will get you more used to eating healthy. I'm doing good, i've been training hard to reach my goals so hopefully i can stay on track. ttyl
Whats up bro nutrition is very important it is very important you eat at least 1.5 grams of protien per body weight as far as exersise dont never over train and you will gain quickly .eat alot and dont over train bro peace
