How I Started:
Started when i first saw my bro Training at home so went to the gym with a m8 that had been traing a while.
First wanted to get big but over time was more concerned about how to get a cover model sort of physique.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of achivement that you get when you see your body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
i look at bodybuiding magazines and think everytime i go to the gym and bust my ass off, or eat that chicken and rice meal i will come closer to my desired phyique.
My bro joe keeps me motivated as i keep him motivated, being my training partner he helps me alot and pushes me when training.

when i train in the morning it is fairly empty and great training atmosphere when training at night its a whole different story sooooo busy very hard to get any equipment.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
i would like a cover model body simiar to that of anthony presciano if i wanted to be bigger it would be someone like victor martenez.
hello danny, im glad that you have gained mass and strength, the stopping of the diet tends to make that happen yes, my end im dabling at various equipment in the gym and routines, im sort of new to the weight thing, but its coming along, stay focused, fit and positive. cheers
Im good bro/m8. Training hard solo. But keeping it real. Maybe not great gains but definition is taking shape. At least something is working. Overall everything is good. Glad you are hitting it and making some progress. You really look great, ripped and well defined. Keep up the great work.

You are lookin' good hun! My training is going well. I strained my quad a week ago, so I had to lay off a bit. I am doing more yoga and pilates now. My doctor said I needed to balance my body from all the weights, haha. How is training going for you?
Thank you for your inspiring words mate. Yes its been a hard task to keep at it, but percervierence does pay off. One has to just keep at it and not give up. It takes endurance is my belief to see it all through. YOur physique is extraordinary for a person in your age group, outstanding i say.
