Live healthy and stay in shape long term. I'm working on gaining 20 lean lbs and stay between 4% and 5% bodyfat. That will put me just shy of 200lbs
Goal (Long):
I want to compete at a weight I can still have good size but stay below 2% bodyfat. I'm not going to compete until March '10. Right now my main focus is adding 4" to my thighs, 3" to calves and 2" to my arms by late December.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
To keep myself honest. If others know and they see me slacking, I expect them to say something

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Track your progress so you can see gains/losses. Don't focus so much on the end result, set goals along the way to help you achieve your end result and track it weekly/biweekly

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Crank up music in my ipod, in my car as well on the way to the gym
