my goals are to gain muscle mass and weight, eventually with a defined beach body for summer and overall fitness.
Goal (Long):
I am 6'1" in height but i have always been quite slim, i participate in a lot of sport, especially rugby and athletics, one of my main reasons to gain weight and muscle was for rugby but to gain power and size for javelin throwing, of which i was national champion for my age i could no longer keep up with the increase in the javelin weight each year. so i wanted to train to cope. Im hoping to not only gain for my sports but for aesthetic appreciation of body building and having a defined body you can be proud of.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

To be honest my main problem is my nutritional values, exercising isn't a problem.
I suppose I need more or less to get Short Term goals, because most of mine are long term.
