How I Started:
I had a competition with my friend, who could do the most press ups. Sometimes we would arm wrestle to see who's bicep is bigger. I would always loose to him so i started working out.
Why I Love It:
Mainly for sports, boxing and rugby.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch professional bodybuilders like ronnie coleman and jay cutler.
When i was in 8th grade (year 8) i had a crush on a girl, i really wanted to impress her so i started working out. to start off i did 20 press ups and 10kg bicep curls until i maxed out everyday before i went to sleep.
