I first began bodybuilding in October, 2006. I simply wanted to lose a few pounds; this suddenly turned in a way of life me. After losing the weight and seeing my new image for the first time I was addicted to the life style of bodybuilding.
To keep things short and simple, basically a short time goal turned into a major changing impact within my life.
Why I Love It:
I'm an addict.
My addiction is...
I'm addicted too the results of constantly growing, peaking my body's level too new preformances.
I'm addicted too the the mental aspect, the dedication, strive, and disciple.
I'm addicted too the self-inflicted pain and endurance. Feeling my muscles collide against iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I strive too evolve; bigger and stronger, faster, and smarter.
Its evolution...
Within this insane world; full of skinny emo and punk kids, with their skateboards and playstations you may be king.
But in this other world, full of true blood, sweat, and tears. Too having a true meaning of pain and torture. The world of iron, I am GOD. The weak shall inherit nothing, and only the strong shall survive.
"NaturalFreaks... who are they?
Where do they come from?
I'll tell ya where....
They come out of nowhere...
Determined...
Focused....
Fueled by the desire to be a "naturalfreak".
They are "natural"....
With their desire alone... they don't need 'roids. They are "freaks".
You admire their strength everytime they come into the gym
Training becomes a mission for them!
They "tank" over anyone that gets in their way
And spare no one, not their partners nor themselves in their training.
NaturalFreaks have unbelievable power and physiques that would rival Hercules.
They are everywhere where people think they aren't,
And not everywhere people think they are.
They are "warriors" in every sense of the word,
And they "never quit."
They eat, sleep, think, and breathe being
a "naturalfreak"
They do whatever it takes to achieve their goals in the gym...
And leave nothing to chance.
They are power-bodybuilders
Mortal gymrats envy them...
Powerlifters respect them...
Bodybuilders admire them...
And outside the gym, they fear no one!
They have strength & honor toward fellow freaks and others...
They leave a mark in the gym everytime they are there...
Tell me...
Are you a NaturalFreak?"
This is me...
This is my life...

BB Accomplishments:
I don't need too be professional, this is more my lifestyle dominating hobbie, never ending. If I could make over 100K per year going to the gym wouldn't be a hobbie/lifestyle anymore.

I'm going too poison myself with over the counter supplements, and beat my body into submission!
I'm going too feel the collision of muscle against iron!
And most impornatly, I'm going too keep that ****in' barbell bendin'.

I want to gain as much muscle as humanly possible. Death by dumbbells! Self-inflicted punishment, pain, torture and suffering!
Goal (Long):
I want to gain as much muscle as humanly possible; self-improvement is masturbation. And lifting weights is like masturbation, it takes a lot of effort and in the end your never fully satisfied.
I can always look at myself and find something I don't like. I would assume the most comman thing to do is set a "yearly" task for myself.
My recent "yearly" goal is that I want too weigh atleast 200lbs. Then start cutting up, too get more lean and freaky.
Therefore, I'm going too poison myself with over the counter supplements and beat my body into submission! Feel the collision of muslce against iron! And most impornatly, keep that ****in' barbell bendin'.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical machines, it just seems like intense and less boring too me. Cardio can be very boring at times. Another favorite for losing weight very fast and defining legs is the Stair Master machines. Even though some lifters' don't believe in spot cardio training. Honestly, too keep cardio from not being boring I need my Ipod.Elliptical machines, it just seems like intense and less boring too me. Cardio can be very boring at times. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
On average for reps I do 9 through 15 for high intensity, 5 through 8 for standard training and for mass building, and finally 2 through 4 for power and strength training.
Description: 1250Lbs. Cybex Eagle Leg Press. The machine I was using is the leg press, by a company named Cybex Eagle. Cybex Eagle is a reputable company, producing some of the greatest lifting equipment.
During this video you will see me leg press 1250lbs for 8 repetitions. That’s 13, 45lbs plates on each side. That gives you a total of 26, 45lbs plates. In addition we also placed an 80lbs dumbbell on top of the machine for more weight.
My form was okay, not the best. I will update this video again with better form. This is my first video, I hope you enjoy.

In this video, Kevin's back is massive. He uses such an insane amount of wieght, thats where his strength and size plays in for his massive body.
Thanks for the product reviews, I think I will try the Trenadrol. I have taken the last month off and plan to start back at the gym the first of august. I also have never used Casein protein at night time and I think i might start using that too. Thanks good luck to you!
