I started when I was about 13 just getting in to it bc of football
Why I Love It:
The best way for me to get out all my stress and anger...plus I love staying fit and looking good of course
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by trying to achieve that goal by looking in the mirror and never being satisfied, but when that day comes I'll be done

I finally passed the 300 lb. mark on my bench press just last year...315 lbs!

I have just got back to Michigan after being let out of the Navy due to Crohn's disease and I am now around 199 lbs. looking to gain 10 -15 lbs of muscle...I was around 180 going in and spent 2 yrs trying to put on weight but my gym isnt very big so i have a big challenge ahead of me...

Spawn worked really good, I added a good solid 15lbs. But it is a prohormone , so even though it's legal, if you plan on taking it have your blood work done. IMO...good luck on getting those gains... remember EAT small--Be small.
