How I Started:
I quit smoking in 2006, but I still felt like I needed to replace this void with an activity, but I continued to consume a little to much alcohol afterwards. I worked out off and on, but not with a proper diet. In the latter part of 2008 I have decided to stop messing around.
Why I Love It:
I feel great. I am getting more confidence, and I look better than I did before.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im tired of of being skinny and fat at the same time. And Im going to do something about it before I get to old.
BB Accomplishments:
Recently I tried on a shirt that I use to wear when I was a twenty something. I almost ripped the stitches apart around my shoulder when I flexed my arm. The shirt used to be loose fitting from what I can remember.

That beer gut was just to much
Taken about in september around labor day just before I quit smoking, but my diet and drinking got worse until 6 months later. Time to change.

I have always been a fan of Arnold Schwarzeneggar since I was a teenager. I admired these bodybuilders and thought what would it be like, but I had too many distractions. Now no more. Time is running out and I want to be a gorgeous hunk at the age of 50. I got four years. I'm tired of having thin arms and a bulging belly.

Hey, there. Good to hear from you. How have you been? I've been doing a lot more cycling than lifting over the summer. Still lift 2x/wk, that will increase here soon when the weather cools down. I've managed to loose quite a bit of fat in the process, down to about 155 or so. Anyhow, hope you have a great day.

Quick question for you. I saw that you have a recumbent bike, how do you like it? I have a spinning bike myself, anyhow, my sister is looking at getting into some sort of exercise program and I thought a recumbent bike might be great for her because it looks like it would be more comfortable to use that a spinning bike.
