People used to tell me I had a good muscle building structure. I found bb'ing as my sport. I don't care if people told me the truth, 'cause it makes no difference whatsoever to the actual pump, to this unspeakable feeling I get, from weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
It is my last stronghold into the kingdom of sanity.
This was me in 2007. I had no severe issues with body fat, even tough being overweight. Or so I thought. Once I started to notice my lack of health and shape, my mind began to change. So did my body.

Losing fat trough cyclical low-high carb / high protein / low fat diet, periodization training (high/mod/low rep) while gaining strenght and perhaps muscle size.
Goal (Long):
I take the long path. Sure, I have dead ends and intense, hard times to reach them or at least try reaching them. But all I do I do for all my lifelong experience in bodybuilding.
I have no nerves to compete, but I am determined to reach the best I can be in this sport.
Right now is summer and I'm cutting, but I am not aiming for single digits bodyfat or any of it. I just want to get lean enough to bulk once again and do it over and over the way I like it.
Aiming for about 11-12%bf till the end of this summer.
I f*cked up with the past program, but just because I busted my a$$ off much more than planned. This is a brand new attempt of having an actual plan, after almost a year of just spinning wheels. Sad but true.
