My friend bugged me to go to this gym with him because it was cheap. I went and fell in love with the weights.
Why I Love It:
I love being at the gym. The smell, the atmosphere, the people and the fun of lifting iron!
How I Stay Motivated:
My two friends go with me each time and we lift together.

well yea if u want you can take hydroxicut i think that supp might work but dnt give up if u keep working hard and playing sports like that ull be where u want in no time just drink alot of water

i want to be atleast 175 and 150 is not really much your only gaining 9 pounds you could do that in a month you should go for 160
