When I Started:
How I Started:
I was the captain of my high school dance team as well as a member of my college dance team, and I was in great shape. The minute I started working full time I noticed the pounds starting to build up-I went from a healthy 125-140lbs in two years-and I was not happy with my body. Something had to change and I was and still am very determined!
Why I Love It:
I love the energy that it gives me-I find that I am generally happier when I workout on a regular basis. It is nice to be able to get dressed in the morning and feel good about the way you look in your clothes!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep in mind how I felt when I was the least satisfied with my body. I know that I don't ever want to feel that uncomfortable again and that alone will keep me moving forward in achieving my goals and staying on track!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think it shows that they are pushing themselves and I usually am listening to my ipod so it doesn't bother me. No I do not!

The last time I wrote I was feeling really depressed and not very motivated to workout, but I am glad to say that I am no longer feeling that way.  I am back to being very determined and if possible more determined than I have ever been.  I think it all started because I found out on Friday...
