Right now just taking it easy with training through the holidays with just one 2-3 hour workout per day sipping 8-BETA ANABOL the entire time. Going to let my weight get up to @200 before tapering back.
My short term goal for this month is to lose 5 lbs. I will achieve this by following a strict diet consisting mainly of oatmeal, whey protein, chicken breast, and vegetables. We shall see how it goes!
