Thanks for the add Angela. Good luck with your goals, remember the abs will come more from what you eat than doing sit-ups:)

You crack me up. I like to eat, what can I say. A brazilian butt lift is butt implants. Can you imagine having to sit on implants? Would it feel hard or squishy or feel like you have something in your back pocket?

hi monkey :) I have a list of all the foods I eat on my website. I'm not picky at all about where the meat comes from... usually it's out of a can.

yesterday I cheated with a footlong roastbeef sub on whole wheat. But the other day I had 1/2 a donut. I'm good most of the time, but once a week won't kill you.

Im not sure if you do or not, I think you get issued a civilian military ID so you get access to all the stores and stuff on base. But all the healthcare and things that we get, problably not. But dont quote me on that. I havent talked to a whole lot of civilians who work on base. Ill ask around for ya though.

Well, unfortunately, with all the studying, working and training clients,I just have to be more into watching.. My friends and I get together once or twice a month now,and play some football.. That's pretty much it. Mostly I end up watching English Premier League or Spanish Primera(my favourites) at home,on weekends. I'm a huge Manchester Utd fan!:)

I have a basic going lean/clean diet posted on my page under training. Booty is great! I worked hard to get a bigger one myself.

Are you kidding?!:) I'm from Southeastern Europe(Serbia)! I gotta love it(it's Football in Europe)!lol! Started training when I was 5. Trained for 2 years, then switched my mind to karate.. Hey,how's football(I mean, soccer)in US? I heard it's more popular among female population..? And your women national team is great! Better then many European teams! That's amazing.. Men's US team..,well.. Still have to learn..;)
