What time of day do you usually workout?

Things are finally picking up in the gym - I've kept to my routine and schedule and I'm finally getting to where I can work out hard enough before becoming exhausted too early.  For the first time today since I've been back in the gym I felt the "pump" in my arms...really had some...

one other thing, keep track of what is working and what is not. I ended up having to do 30+ reps for legs before I I grew. You are going to get smaller (cehst/quad/arms) before you get bigger too, its disconcerting but normal. Work hard and build Rome.

Re your blog. Instead of a weight/mass goal, why don't you set some strength and knowledge goals? If you eat clean and enough, the rest will take care of itself. Anything is possible, you are 20 years younger then me, i put on over 20 pounds in the past 8 months.
