I've been working out for many years now. At first I started lifting back in school, once I actually saw my body start to change I took a passion for health and fitness.

Another interesting blog Dane. I am trying to develop my V taper more and this sheds some new light.Do you know of any ab exercises that are easy on the back? I just got a pm from a lady, and don't have the answer :)

I just started reading your Bodyblogs, very informative! I'm also wondering if there are any books that you can recommend that are great for talking about nutrition and working out from a scientific standpoint. I'm a science major and find it helpful to read about it from the scientific perspective. Take care and keep writing!
