How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
If the weight is heavier usually 6 to 8, but if I am struggling on a last set then maybe 4. If the weight is lighter then usually 10 to 12 reps per set.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Do you sometimes use a protein powder?
