It feels good to be back at it, and i am already seeing minor improvements. Due to muscle recall (memory) my bench got back up to where i had it when i had to stop for football, which feels great! All around i feel healthier being back in the weight room! =D

been hitting the weights hard myself. dbling up on chest workouts. doing max one day; a little less; the same thing another. also, did legs today. things went better than expected. feeling stronger esp. on the epcs/legs, u? L8!
