How I Started:
I joined "Body By Donna" for several months...my instructor was very inspirational! I've always been worried about my looks, but now i'm finally taking action! I'm also very inspired by my boyfriend! :) he's been working out everyday since last summer & has reached his goals successfully! he looks AMAZING! & he's given me alot of motivation! :)
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because i feel GREAT afterwards! I'm in the best mood right after i work out! i feel so refreshed & energized! its a great feeling! :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm having trouble staying motivated... In the past, i lost 20 lbs. because i thought i was moving to a new school! This was my motivation... **please message me & tell me what gets u motivated!! :) it would help ALOT! thanks!

I want to have a body that i'm proud of! I'm tired of "holding back" with lack of self confidence! I'm graduating from high school...which means i'm on my own soon. I just want to happy!! I'm soo ready to get started & win that "model" body i've always wanted!~ My main goals are: 1. i want to flatten my stomach & sides (i want a toned/slightly ripped stomach) 2. i want to be lean!! (entire body) 3. i want to lose 10-15 lbs. before May 10th 4. i want to tighten & tone my legs~skinny knees too! lol 5. i want my arms to be smaller & leaner (so that i can see my muscles underneath) 6. i want to gain more ENDURANCE, so that i hav enough energy in dance! :))

I have seen you alyssa and you look absolutely fantistico!! You have a model body already but what ever you strive for i'm sure you will get b/c your stubborn and get what you want lol just keep workin hard and keep your head up and be happy and your goals will come in no time!!

I stay motivated by competing...when you have a deadline to stand on stage in a bikini in front of a judging panel, you get your butt in the gym and you eat right! Do or die! :)
