I got started into working out before I left to the Air Force and then conteniued it afterwards but of course way more intense. I always had a dream of being a female bodybuilder
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I love having a healthy and fit lifestyle and I love seeing the changes it does to my body. I love inspiring others to do the same:)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking about all the people that really believe in me and that I am capable of doing this. I also want to make my mom proud and for her to see that all the hard work and dedication is going to pay off.

Yes we both compete and we help better each other and keep each other in the right track.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love the stairmaster and jumping rope. These are by far the best weight loss cardio excersises that you can do and help to tone up your body, in my opinion, they work fantastic. And running too:)

You know I had to notice! A bright star has gone dim on my other page! But I agree, this site and BodyProud.org seem to cater to those who take exercise and dieting more seriously...I'm currently training to better my conditioning for November---the heck with summer! I'll be fit for the Beach and all, but why stop there, I want to feel great and look just as Tasty on Thanks Giving as the Bird in the Oven!
