How I Started:
Because I have type 1 diabetes, I have always done some type of exercise. But I wanted to do something that really could change my body and add muscle.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel- strong,more energy.

Thank you. I've had a recent injury that has kept me sidelined for about a month now. I pulled my quad in a softball game. It is healing slow, but I know next week I should be good to go. Hehe, yeah, nothing beats John Wayne. The Quiet Man is one of my favorites too! They don't make good western movies like his anymore. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Dana. Hope things are well. Don't know what your diet is but "clean eating" has been a so great for my diabetes. That and nearly daily fasting cardio and I"m using about 5-6 units of insulin a day (not counting 7 units of Lantus). It's really been amazing.
